Susan R. Jimenez, President & CEO

Susan Jimenez has more than 30 years of consulting experience, with an emphasis on information technology and program management.  Her work has covered all stages of the systems life cycle in both package integration and custom development environments.  Prior to founding Jimenez Consulting Solutions she was the Ernst & Young (E&Y) top local executive for the Phoenix marketplace. Sue's consulting career began at E&Y where she progressed through the ranks from staff consultant to partner. She later became a Vice President with Cap Gemini Ernst & Young (CGE&Y).  Ms. Jimenez has experience leading teams ranging in size from 3 to more than 225 people.  She has worked extensively with individuals at all levels in her clients' organizations, from end users to senior executives.  She has experience in numerous industries, including public sector, telecommunications, healthcare, manufacturing, financial services, and higher education.  She has also held a number of leadership positions. She graduated with distinction from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems.

Laura M. Cross, Executive Vice President & COO

Laura Cross, co-founder of Jimenez Consulting Solutions (JCS), has 25 years of experience in Information Techology.  She has served most of those years in the Management and IT Consulting arena, either with Ernst & Young, LLP, or with JCS.  Laura is  known for her ability to leverage her technical knowledge and business acumen to manage large, complex projects spanning a variety of industries and solutions. Laura has served in a variety of client facing roles including account executive, program manager, project manager, technical advisor, business analyst, application developer, and systems integrator for organizations with regional, national, and global operations. She has experience in the healthcare, telecommunications, broadband, consumer products, retail, and manufacturing/distribution industries.  She graduated from Grove City College with a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Systems.
